Allow for a 2 Hour Window
We will try and arrive as close to your scheduled booking time as possible but allow for a 2 hour window. So for example, if you book an appointment at 3:00pm, we will be there between 3:00 pm and 5:00pm.
We always strive to be on-time but occasionally a job will take longer than we anticipate. If this happens and we know we are going to be running over that 2 hour window, we will give you a call and let you know, we won’t leave you just waiting.
